    Thank you for choosing Orbit. We strive to provide a high-quality AI-native marketing platform to help your business grow.

    This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and subscription management. By subscribing to Orbit, you agree to the terms below.

    1. Subscription Cancellations

    You may cancel your Orbit subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

    • How to Cancel: Go to Settings `>` Billing `>` Cancel Subscription.
    • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
    • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to Orbit features until the cycle ends.

    2. Refund Policy

    A. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only)

    We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are a new subscriber, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase.

    To request this refund, please contact support@orbitaim.io with your order details.

    This applies only to the first subscription charge, not subsequent renewals.

    B. Recurring Charges

    Renewal payments are non-refundable. We send a reminder email 3 days before annual renewals, but monthly renewals are automatic. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.

    C. Technical Issues

    If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Orbit, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days), we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

    3. Free Trials

    If you signed up for a free trial:

    • You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
    • If you do not cancel, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected upon signup.
    • Refunds are generally not provided for charges incurred because you forgot to cancel a free trial, but we may review these on a case-by-case basis.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

    • One-time Setup Fees: Any fees paid for onboarding or custom configuration.
    • Consulting/Service Hours: Fees for dedicated support or marketing strategy sessions.
    • High-Volume Add-ons: Credits purchased for high-volume email sending or AI generation that have already been consumed.

    5. Refunds for "Downgrades"

    If you choose to downgrade your plan (e.g., from "Pro" to "Starter"), the downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not provide cash refunds for the difference in price during the current cycle.

    6. Chargebacks and Disputes

    We encourage you to contact our support team at support@orbitaim.io before filing a dispute with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues amicably.

    Note: Filing a false chargeback (claiming fraud when you simply forgot to cancel) may result in a permanent ban from the Orbit platform and the deletion of your data.

    7. How to Request a Refund
