    Orbit by OrbitAIM ("Orbit") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship physical products (such as boxes, discs, or hardware). All services are delivered entirely digitally via the internet.

    Because our products are digital:

    • No physical shipping address is required.
    • No shipping fees are charged.
    • No physical tracking numbers are issued.

    2. Order Fulfillment & Access Timing

    Upon successfully purchasing a subscription or credits, "delivery" is defined as the immediate activation of your account access.

    A. Immediate Access

    For most credit card and digital wallet transactions, access is instant.

    • Process: Once your payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to your Orbit dashboard.
    • Confirmation: You will simultaneously receive a "Welcome" or "Order Confirmation" email containing your login instructions and invoice.
    • Timing: Instant (typically within 5 minutes of payment).

    B. Delayed Access (Manual Review)

    In rare cases (e.g., high-value enterprise transactions or flagged security reviews), access may be temporarily held for manual verification.

    • Notification: You will be notified via email if your order requires manual review.
    • Timing: We aim to resolve all manual reviews within 24 business hours.

    3. Shipping Costs and Taxes

    • Shipping Fees: $0.00 (Free). We do not charge for the "delivery" of digital software.
    • Taxes: While there is no shipping cost, your purchase may be subject to VAT, GST, or digital service taxes depending on your local jurisdiction. These are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

    4. International Availability

    Orbit is a globally accessible platform. We "deliver" our services to customers worldwide, with the exception of jurisdictions restricted by applicable export control laws or sanctions (e.g., US OFAC sanctions lists).

    Note: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access our services from your location.

    5. Non-Delivery & Troubleshooting

    If you have successfully paid but have not received access (e.g., you did not receive a confirmation email), please check your Spam/Junk folder first.

    6. System Requirements for Delivery

    • A stable internet connection.
    • A valid email address (for account verification and notifications).

    Failure to meet these requirements does not constitute a "non-delivery" of service.
