    Thank you for purchasing a subscription or service from Orbit by OrbitAIM. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our AI-native marketing platform.

    As Orbit provides digital services and software access, "returns" in the traditional sense (returning a physical product) do not apply. Instead, this policy outlines your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and the revocation of access to our digital services.

    1. Digital Products and "Returns"

    Orbit is a purely digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.

    • No Physical Returns: Since there is no physical product to ship back, we do not accept returns of software.
    • Service Termination: "Returning" a subscription is functionally equivalent to cancelling your service and, if eligible, receiving a refund of your payment.

    2. General Refund Policy

    We offer a transparent refund process based on the type of plan and the timing of your request.

    A. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)

    If you are a new customer, you are eligible for a full refund ("return of funds") if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, provided that:

    • You submit a request within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
    • You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., used the platform for spamming or illegal activities).

    To initiate this "return":

    1. Contact our support team at support@orbitaim.io.
    2. We will immediately cancel your access and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    B. Annual Subscriptions

    If you cancel an annual subscription:

    • Within 7 days: Full refund available upon request.
    • After 7 days: We generally do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the year. However, if there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., significant technical failures on our end), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rated refund.

    C. Monthly Subscriptions

    Monthly payments are non-refundable.

    • If you cancel your monthly plan, you will retain access to Orbit until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the days remaining in the month.

    3. Exemptions (Non-Refundable Items)

    Certain services and products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or consumed:

    • AI & Email Credits: Any additional "credits" purchased for AI generation or email sending volume are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded only if requested within 48 hours of purchase.
    • Setup & Onboarding Fees: Fees paid for one-time setup, data migration, or personalized onboarding sessions are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
    • Consulting Services: Fees for marketing strategy or consulting calls are non-refundable if the scheduled time has passed or if the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours.

    4. Refund Processing

    Once a refund ("return") is approved:

    • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been initiated.
    • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed by our payment provider within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer.
    • Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

    • How to Cancel: Navigate to Settings `>` Billing `>` Cancel Subscription in your dashboard.
    • Effect: Cancellation stops the auto-renewal. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current prepaid period.

    6. Chargebacks and Disputes

    We urge you to contact us directly at support@orbitaim.io to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback with your bank.

    • Policy: If a chargeback is filed against a payment, we will immediately suspend the associated Orbit account until the dispute is resolved.
    • Fraud: Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming "Unauthorized Transaction" for a legitimate subscription) may result in a permanent ban from our services and reporting to industry fraud databases.
